Credit Courses

Students may be able to take Gaelic as an 'outside subject' in years one and two. This means that they can study Gaelic for credit - as an elective (optional) course - in the pre-honours years of their undergraduate degree, depending on their timetable

Typically, there are courses available for both complete beginners and students with prior experience; each is worth 40 credits. There is also a 20 credit introductory course to Gaelic Language and Culture.
